Warranty Claims

If you have a warranty claim and your product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it with another of the same item only. For warranty claims, you will be responsible for shipping the defective product to the Product Support Center for validation before receiving a replacement.

JPROStore.com does not offer refunds on any Noregon JPRO products or services.

To open a warranty claim, please use our contact us page or call us at 855-889-5776 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Tax Exempt Status

Noregon Systems is legally required to collect and remit sales tax from its customers in certain states.

If you are a tax-exempt customer (i.e. resellers, governmental agencies, municipalities, charitable entities, etc.), you can submit a Tax Exemption Certificate to Noregon Systems and your purchases can be made without paying sales tax.
